We are CrossFit HomeTown and since 2014 we have been writing stories about how a healthy lifestyle changes lives for the better.
Our gym was created as a response to the increasing level of sedentary work, lack of exercise and unhealthy habits across the population. Which results in less energy, vitality, productivity and mental well-being. All this sooner or later begins to be reflected not only in the figure, but also in physical and mental health.

Thanks to our structured introductory process, no one feels lost, we will gradually explain and teach everything.
